The overall golf course community covers approximately 465 acres comprising the club, course, adjacent homesites and open spaces. The new golf course homes will be sited directly on or adjacent to the greens, tees and fairways of the Wild Pines Golf Club, a championship mountain course which opened for play last year.

The 6700 yard long course is both challenging and enjoyable to play. The front nine meanders clockwise from the clubhouse while the back nine travels counter clockwise from the point of origin. Both nines have 100ft.+ elevation changes.
